The May 2023 Menu will highlight locally sourced food from Willcox Farms:
Antipasto Skewers with Pistachio Pesto
Sausage & Spinach Tortellini Soup w/ Toasted Crostini
Steak Medallions with Green Chili Chimichurri Sauce
Onion and Red Chili Mashed Potatoes w/ Pistachio Butter
Roasted Parmesan Green Beans
