The Willcox Chamber of Commerce & Agriculture, in collaboration with the City of Willcox, conducts Ribbon Cutting Ceremonies as a complimentary service to any business, organization, or individual hosting a grand opening, re-opening, or special event in Willcox. We bring the camera, official scissors, our enthusiastic ambassadors and, of course, the ribbon!
The Willcox Chamber will:

Promote the event on our website, our event calendar and social media

Provide the giant scissors and ribbon

Attend the event and take pictures

Share the event with a photo on the website and social media

Chamber staff, and members may, attend ribbon cutting ceremonies

The Mayor and city officials are invited as schedules allow
Business Responsibilities:

Coordinate a date and time well in advance of the desired date

Invite neighboring businesses and the community

Provide refreshments for those in attendance, if desired

Prepare a brief agenda and provide background information on your company to those who are speaking so they can prepare remarks
